Return Window

We offer a 7-day return window for all items sold on our website, except for discounted items.

Return/Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• Items should not be used, washed, or sharpened.
• Items must be returned with the original packaging.
• Items with unacceptable human-induced damages will not be accepted and will be denied.

If your items meet our return conditions, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Email us the details and pictures of the item(s) you wish to return. Our staff will guide you through the return process and determine whether the items can be returned.

Refund

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.

Out-of-Stock Exchanges

If the desired exchange product is out of stock, we will issue store credit valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue.

Return Shipping

The item return process will be explained to you via email. Please note that return shipping charges may apply.

Store Credits

Store credits will be issued upon inspection, provided all return conditions are met.

All items sold with discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.
